Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This policy explains how PressPlay Collective ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit pressplaycollective.com or contact us through it.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address and the message you send us.
- Usage data. If you allow analytics and advertising cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and whether you arrived from one of our ads.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, time of request, browser) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To measure whether our advertising brings relevant inquiries. When you submit the form, a hashed (irreversibly encoded) version of your email address may be shared with Google Ads to attribute the inquiry to an ad click.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above.
Cookies and consent
Analytics and advertising cookies are only set with your consent where the law requires it, including for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site.
Who processes your data
- Google (Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Cloud Firestore, Google Analytics, Google Ads) — hosting, processing and storing inquiries, analytics and ad measurement.
- YouTube (Google) — plays our case study videos. The player loads, and may set cookies, only after you press play.
- Google reCAPTCHA — checks that contact form submissions come from a person, not a bot. It loads when you start filling in the form and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Calendar — when you book a call, your name, email and note are used to create the meeting in our calendar and send you a Google Meet invite.
- Our email provider (Google Workspace) — to receive and answer your messages.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any project that follows, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless we need them for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings, which we set to 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California privacy law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email producer@pressplaycollective.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
